Information we collect
When you create an account or book care services, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and care-related details you provide. If you add family contacts to a booking, we also collect their name, relationship to you, and phone number.
Care thread messages and calls
Bookings with more than one active family contact use a group messaging and calling thread that connects the client's family and their caregiver without sharing personal phone numbers. Message content, call recordings, and call transcripts in these threads are logged and may be reviewed by AblNest staff for safety, quality, and support purposes. Message and call content is retained for a limited period under our current data retention practice, after which it is deleted.
Direct text messages
AblNest may send you text messages related to your bookings — such as confirmations, reminders, and schedule updates — from our official AblNest number. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving these messages, or HELP for help.
Sharing your information
AblNest does not sell your personal information, and does not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share information only with vetted service providers who help operate the Platform (such as payment and background-check processors), or as required by law.
